Explore your healing through this mind/body/spirit led workshop
In this 3 session event we will look at healing through the lens of the mind/body/spirit and how they each impact our healing journey.
Participants will each receive the tools and support to dive deep into their own inner healing and growth, providing them with a cost effective way of taking control of their own healing journey.
Through this healing journey we will explore the mental and emotional blocks holding you back, we will explore emotions and energy and how they are connected, and we will support participants to connect with their inner wisdom, intuition, and healing throughout the workshop series. We will then look at the physical and environmental factors influencing our lives, selves and experience.
Modalities explored include NLP, Kinesiology, Inner Child Healing, Tapping, Journaling, Visualisation/Meditation, psychotherapeutic approaches, chi gong, creative therapies and more.
Cost is $444 for 3 weekly workshops of 3 hours duration.
Each workshop builds on the one before it.
Starting Wednesday evenings at 7pm on 21st Feb 2024.
Early bird rate of $333 ends 15 January 2024.
